About Dumpgrid

Dumpgrid is a straightforward load board for posters and carriers. Posting costs $5 per load or $50 a month for unlimited posts. Carriers book free.

A post goes live only after Stripe confirms payment. Posters get a private manage page to see bookings and close their post. Carriers receive the poster’s phone number and pickup and drop-off directions only after booking.

The app has passed 15 automated tests, including payment verification and competing bookings. Real Stripe checkout, a real Postgres database, and browser pages have not been tested. The README’s fake-money run must be completed before accepting real payments.

Unlimited subscribers use a poster code, with manual help required if it is lost. Before launch, terms of service and sales-tax handling still need to be resolved. Dumpgrid charges posting fees only, not a share of freight charges.
